In short. DC GUTTER handles gutter installation, repair, cleaning, guards, downspouts and yard drainage for homes and commercial buildings across Dallas and the surrounding counties. Calls are answered 24/7, every job ends with a hose test, and the guides on this site list their sources.

How we work

What stays the same on every job

We measure before we price. Footage, stories, corners, outlets and the condition of the boards behind the gutters all go into the number, and we explain each line of it.

We fix what failed. A leaking corner gets resealed, a dented section gets replaced, and we tell you plainly when a system is past repair rather than patching it again.

We plan where the water goes. On Dallas clay, a gutter that empties against the slab is only half a fix, so every downspout gets an extension, a buried line or a reason it does not need one.

We test before we leave. A hose at the far end of each run proves the gutter drains to the outlet and the outlet drains away from the house.

What we handle

Gutters, drainage and the roof edge

Thirty-seven services in six groups, from a single leaking corner to commercial roofs.

Where we work

Dallas first, then the counties around it

Our office is at 5461 SMU Boulevard #106, Dallas, TX 75206. From there we cover Dallas and its older neighborhoods, then Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall and Kaufman counties, from Irving and Grand Prairie in the west to Forney in the east, McKinney and Frisco in the north and DeSoto and Lancaster in the south.

The service area page lists every county, city and neighborhood we cover, with notes on what gutters deal with in each.

When every crew is booked

How we handle a busy day

Storm season can fill every crew's schedule at once. When a job cannot wait and none of our installers can reach it in time, we may pass the call to another established gutter company in the area so you are not left waiting, and we tell you before we do.

Who writes our guides

Doris Stroud, Gutter and Drainage Guides Editor

Doris Stroud edits the homeowner guides on this site. Each guide is written to answer the questions we hear most on the phone, checked against the jobs our installers see around Dallas, and backed by published sources that are listed at the bottom of every guide.

Prices in the guides are national or regional planning ranges from those sources, labeled as such, and never presented as a quote. Local figures, like Dallas rainfall or the 2016 Wylie hailstorm, come from weather records and news reports linked in each guide.
