- 12 Dallas neighborhoods

Short answer. We cover Dallas and its neighborhoods first, then Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall and Kaufman counties, from Irving and Grand Prairie in the west to Forney in the east, McKinney and Frisco in the north and DeSoto and Lancaster in the south. Every area uses the same phone line, answered 24/7.
Central and East Dallas
Our office sits on SMU Boulevard, so the closest work is in the older neighborhoods to the east and south of it. The M Streets and Vickery Place are 1910s to 1920s cottages and Tudors under big oaks and pecans, where gutters fill fast and half-round profiles often suit the houses. Lakewood, Forest Hills and Casa Linda ring White Rock Lake with large lots and mature trees, and Lake Highlands runs to 1950s and 1960s ranches with long, low eaves that suit single seamless runs.
North Dallas and the Park Cities
North of the office, Highland Park and University Park are traditional neighborhoods where copper and half-round work comes up often. Preston Hollow has large lots and big trees, and it took the worst of the October 2019 tornado. Midway Hollow mixes 1950s cottages with new two-story homes, Far North Dallas is mostly 1970s to 2000s brick, and Addison, Farmers Branch and Carrollton bring a mix of homes and commercial buildings.
Oak Cliff and the west side
Across the Trinity River, Oak Cliff holds Dallas's second largest historic district of bungalows and Four Squares, and Kessler Park's hills make drainage as important as the gutters themselves. Irving, Coppell and Grand Prairie are newer suburbs where most calls are for new seamless gutters, downspout upgrades and storm repairs.
Southeast Dallas and the Best Southwest
Pleasant Grove in southeast Dallas is mostly owner-occupied single-family homes from the 1950s and 1960s. South of the city, DeSoto, Duncanville and Lancaster grew fast in the 1970s and 1980s, so many of their original gutters and fascia boards are due, and Cedar Hill's hills, the highest ground in Dallas County, make downspout drainage a real job.
Northeast Dallas County and Collin County
Richardson, Garland, Rowlett and Sachse sit along the path of the 2019 storms, and Collin County to the north includes Wylie, where the April 2016 hail hit about 80 percent of homes. Plano, Allen, McKinney, Frisco and Murphy round out the north side, where hail repair, 6-inch upgrades and buried downspout lines make up much of the work.
East and the outer counties
To the east, Mesquite, Forney and Rockwall cover the Kaufman and Rockwall county side of the metro, and Lewisville covers the south end of Denton County to the northwest. These are longer drives from SMU Boulevard, so we group visits where we can.
How far we go. Regular coverage runs from Grand Prairie and Irving in the west to Forney in the east, McKinney and Frisco in the north and Lancaster in the south. If your home sits just past those lines, call and we will tell you when a crew can get there.
